Out-of-Stock Items: Should we be out of stock of merchandise at any time you place your order,
we will contact you.

Shelf Life

For maximum shelf life, store products in a cool, dark, dry place. Sweetzer Mixes (stored properly) will remain
fresh for 2 years. Older products may lose color & potency, but will not spoil.  We blend and mix all of our products
in small batches to ensure you receive the freshest possible.

 

Our Gourmet bottled sauces & jellies are made fresh daily. Please avoid exposure to heat & humidity. When stored properly, they will remain fresh for 3 years. All shelf life estimates are conservative. With proper storage, most products should last longer.

Samples

Sampling sells your product. We encourage sampling of our Duplin Gourmet Foods.  Upon request, we will include a sample with your order for in-house demos of Sweetzer mixes. Additional product samples are available upon request and for a nominal fee.

Terms & Conditions

All orders require payment using a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.) Orders of $1,000 or greater may be eligible for credit terms of Net 15 (once credit and application is reviewed.)

Shipping

We ship UPS or UPS Freight from North Carolina. Products are usually shipped within a week.

Claims

Shipping and handling is paid for by the customer and is included as part of the customer’s invoice at time of order.  Claims for losses or damages on shipments must not be deducted from our invoice nor payment withheld pending adjustment of such claims.  Product shortage claims or damages must be reported to Duplin Gourmet within 5 days of receipt of product.  You are required to call (855.388.4061) or email (sales@duplingourmetfoods.com) to alert us of any problems or concerns regarding your order.  The customer may be asked to email photos.

 

No returns are authorized without written consent.  Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.
